IBA West is working with Signeos, Inc., an established customer communications company, to provide an automated customer communications system specifically for independent insurance agencies. IBA West members in the San Francisco-Bay Area are being sought for the pilot program.
Working like a virtual customer service representative (CSR), Signeos communicates important reminders and communications to your customers based the data which resides in your Agency Management System, including pre-renewal notices, cross sell & up-sell opportunities, thank you notices, emergency notifications, and custom agency announcements.
The Signeos system also comes with a customer portal which allows your customers to view/update their policy information, report a claim, request a quote and even post pictures of their insured assets to their portal.
Before the system goes to general release later this year, Signeos would like a limited group to use the system in a pre-release phase at a significantly reduced price. Sign up for this group is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
