Independent agency system champion Brady Polansky has joined Project CAP as a new senior business leader. A 23-year veteran of the industry, Polansky’s initial focus will be to help ensure the effective building, appropriate functionality and timely launch of Project CAP’s forthcoming consumer website.

Project CAP provides digital marketing tools and services to help independent agencies, brokers and insurance carriers build their online brands and visibility in order to attract and interact with today’s digital consumers.

“Brady Polansky is a recognized leader in the independent agency channel who knows both the potential and challenges of independent agencies,” says Scott Deetz, CEO of Project CAP.

“Brady will help Project CAP to guide independent insurance agents in building their online presence and visibility to consumers as the only distribution channel that offers a choice of insurance carriers, advocacy and insurance advice,” Deetz adds.

Polansky’s role will broaden over time to address other organizational initiatives, including Project CAP’s business intelligence products and services.

Polansky previously served as president and CEO of NetVU, the largest technology user group and trade association in the insurance industry. Before joining NetVU, he served as the director of agency operations at Westfield Insurance, spent 15 years as an independent agent and subsequent owner of a family agency, and worked as a producer and chief technology officer for another $22 million-revenue agency.

Polansky is an active speaker and panelist for national insurance forums, including IIABA, ACORD and IVANS.
