CAP Physicians Insurance Agency, Inc. seeks a Senior Account Executive with the following qualifications:

•  More than seven years of small and middle market commercial property/casualty experience

•  Familiarity with agency management system(s) – (Applied System preferable)

•  Supervisory experience, e.g. hiring, salary administration and employee relations

•  Broker-Agent License with complete product line knowledge

•  Excellent verbal/written communication and computer skills

*  Bachelor degree required
