Insurance Marketing In the Digital Age Featured at YBA Conference

The YBA Leadership & Sales Conference in beautiful Napa Valley is less than a month away. This year’s conference (June 9-11) is packed with professional development and continuing education workshops to help agents and brokers succeed. Internet marketing expert, Adam DeGradide, CEO of Astonish Results, is scheduled to speak on “Insurance Marketing in the Digital Age” at Saturday’s Awards Luncheon.

DeGradide recently keynoted the GAMA International Conference and is currently in Florida as keynote at the NetVu Conference.  His firm, Astonish Results, has helped thousands of agencies nationwide build their digital marketing systems and has transformed the way insurance professionals view traditional marketing.

“The playing field has changed,” DeGraide proclaims in an interview in Rough Notes. “Industry statistics show that 85% of insurance consumers start their search for insurance on the Internet. That doesn’t mean they buy it on the Internet, but they do their research online,” he explains.

“Many agencies today see the opportunity that the Internet provides but they get hung up on building a Web site, search engine optimization, buying leads, or e-mail marketing,” DeGraide said. “The truth is that, today, insurance marketing is not about one thing, it’s about a complete system that gets results.”

Astonish Results executive Topher Grant will also be teaching a class on Saturday offering attendees a close up focus on how to build that complete system to tap into the internet to generate business.
