Job: Personal Lines Client Manager
Location: San Francisco Bay Area

The Client Manager (CM) is a service position that includes some sales. The CM is the day-to-day liaison between MacCorkle Insurance Service and designated clients, responsible for all aspects of successfully maintaining and managing same. The CM coordinates with the Managing Director, Personal Lines, and Producers on strategic account policy, and is responsible for the successful fulfillment of strategies. The CM will work with Producer(s) in managing all of the inside service work associated with the client’s program, including all endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem-solving, renewal, reviews & summaries, and remarketing when appropriate.  The CM will also work closely with Producers to market Prospects and prepare formal proposals, and is responsible for binding coverage and checking policies for accuracy. This position will be reporting to the Managing Director of Personal Lines.

Location: San Francisco Bay Area
 
POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage administrative and processing support responsibilities for the Personal Insurance team, which handles the placement and service of personal lines insurance. This position will be reporting to the Managing Director of Personal Lines.
