Save the Date -- March 15, 2011 -- 5th Annual Political Summit

This year’s event will be held at Sutter Club, in Sacramento, on Tuesday, March 15, 2011.

Back by popular demand, John Howard, Managing Editor of the Capitol Weekly, will provide us with a “ringside” recap of the 2010 election and what we can expect from newly elected officials. In addition, Steve Young, IBA West SVP and General Counsel, will provide attendees with a briefing on new laws. Also, John Norwood, principal at Norwood & Associates and an IBA West Legislative Advocate, will update us on pending legislation that affects our industry.

In the afternoon, we will head to the State Capitol to meet with legislators about matters which concern our industry. As always, this is a great opportunity to meet your state legislator.

Following the legislative visit, we will convene at the Sheraton Grand Hotel for a no-host cocktail reception. Space is limited, so register early.
