Who We Are

NIF Group, Inc., an Insurance Holding Company, was founded by Michael A. Orlando and incorporated in the state of New York in 1976. The continued growth and prominence of NIF Group has been established through its professional expertise and continuity in the specialty business. Accredited business practices have rewarded NIF Group with profitable relationships with companies as partners and independent agents as customers.

Headquartered in Manhasset, NY, NIF Group has six offices located on the East and West coasts of the United States. As a full service Program Administrator, NIF handles most of the functions which are routinely performed by an insurance company. This includes underwriting analysis, acceptance and declination of accounts, policy issuance, accounting, claims administration and sales and marketing.
 

Providing insurance coverage for the nonprofit social service industry is the cornerstone of NIF Group's Program Administration. NIF has offered a stable market for this class of business throughout the US for over 30 years. This program is currently underwritten with Liberty Agency Underwriters, a member of Liberty Mutual Group.

The ongoing success of NIF Group has been through the expansion of the Program Department. NIF offers other programs for Public Entities, Property and Specialty Homeowners.

All products offered by NIF Group are distributed exclusively through independent agents nationwide. It's our mission to continue to offer professional service with integrity to the over 2000 retail agents that are served by the offices of NIF Group.
