Cavignac Names Guffey Director of Loss Control

Shawn GuffeyShawn Guffey, CSP, ARM, has been appointed as director of loss control and claims for Cavignac & Associates, announced Jeffrey W.  Cavignac, CPCU, ARM, RPLU, CRIS, president and principal of the San Diego-based risk management and insurance brokerage firm.

In his new position, Guffey is charged with designing, coordinating and delivering loss control and claims management services on behalf of the firm’s clients. A four-year military veteran, he brings to the firm 15 years of career experience in risk management, including risk identification and analysis, asset protection, disaster planning and workers compensation.
