Q. Can I still use my old password?

Yes, your login and password has not changed for the new Website to access Member Only Benefits.

Q. What is my Login/Password?

Active Members that have provided their email address to Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California, your LOGIN is your email address and your PASSWORD is your last name. We strongly recommend you change your password immediately!

Q. Where do I Login?

See the "Already a Member?" box in the left or right hand column on almost every page. Enter Username and Password, click Login to access Member Only Benefits.

Q. How do I know I am logged in?

You will see your status as logged in with a "Welcome back" greeting on most pages on either the left or right hand column.

Q. What if I forgot my Password?

Click Login and enter email address as Login. Click Forgot Password? Enter email address in both fields displayed and click Reset Password. (If your email is valid, you will be sent a new password via email)

Q. I am a member but I have not provided my email address to Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California, what do I do?

Click Contact Us on Website main page, click “Questions or Changes To Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California Member Services”. Enter your name, company name & address, telephone and email address and click Submit. Note: Allow 24 hours for update to be completed.

Q. Will I be able to access all of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California Website?

No, only members can view Member Only Benefits.

Q. What do I do to become a Member?

Go to Join Us on the navigation bar, where you can review the many benefits of becoming an Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California Member and complete an online membership application, or call Member Services at 1-800-772-8998.

Q. If I am a non-member, will I be able to register for Events?

Yes - when registering for events, and you have not registered previously, click "Sign up as a new individual."

Q. Are Passwords case sensitive?

No.

Q. I login in and nothing happens?

Members using Browser Favorites to access the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California Website must delete link in favorites, go to www.ibawest.com and re-add link to your Favorites

Q. I receive a Login/Password Invalid Message when I try to login?

Confirm email address entered, click Forgot Password and a new password will be emailed to you.

Q. I still cannot LOGIN to the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California/ISC Website!
